Overview

OwnBackup is hiring a Principal Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and develop long-term relationships with clients. You'll work in a remote capacity across the United States, focusing on strategic account management and sales growth.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, with experience managing the full sales cycle from qualification to fulfillment. Your ability to develop deep relationships with customers allows you to align their business goals with the capabilities of OwnBackup, ensuring mutual success.

You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute account and territory plans effectively. Your experience includes responding to inbound leads while also proactively developing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting best practices. You understand the importance of being an evangelist for the company and its offerings, contributing to a culture of trust and transparency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities with prospects to converting them into paying customers. You will be responsible for developing strategic account plans that align with customer needs and the capabilities of OwnBackup. Your day-to-day activities will include forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement, as well as nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.

You will also be expected to collaborate closely with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless experience for clients. As you achieve and surpass your sales goals, you will unlock opportunities for career development within OwnBackup, contributing to the company's growth and success.
