VTS is seeking a Principal Account Executive to lead customer acquisition in New York. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a consultative selling approach and experience in complex sales cycles.

Who you are

You are an intelligent and self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in consultative selling. With experience in complex sales cycles, you thrive in environments where you can operate at the executive level and close large, multi-year deals. You possess a natural curiosity and a desire to understand the business and customer insights, particularly in the real estate industry. You are adaptable and coachable, always eager to learn and improve your sales strategies. Your process-oriented approach ensures that you consistently meet your quarterly business goals while maintaining a high level of accountability towards quality work.

What you'll do

As a Principal Account Executive at VTS, you will lead net-new customer acquisition across strategic, high-value accounts. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. This role requires you to partner closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure the best strategies are applied to meet client needs. You will engage with cross-functional partners to solve challenges and drive innovative solutions in the commercial real estate sector. Your ability to map customer key issues to VTS's solutions will be crucial in helping bring the industry into the 21st century.
