Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in a pre-sales capacity, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers and understand their technical needs. Your in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform allows you to convey complex data management solutions effectively, ensuring that clients can protect and activate their SaaS data. You are skilled at delivering compelling product demonstrations that highlight the unique value of your solutions, setting you apart from competitors. Your experience includes managing proof of concepts, where you define success criteria and guide customers through testing and acceptance phases. You maintain a regular feedback channel with customers, providing valuable insights to product management teams to enhance product development. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with DevOps and R&D teams to channel customer feedback into actionable improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for owning technical discussions with prospects and customers, ensuring that their requirements are met through tailored solutions. You will deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of Own's platform, helping potential clients understand how they can leverage the technology to transform their businesses. You will also respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed comprehensively. Your role will involve managing proof of concepts, guiding customers from the definition of success criteria through to testing and acceptance. You will maintain a regular feedback loop with customers, providing insights to product management teams to help validate functionality and drive product enhancements. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of Own's solutions in the market.
