PadSplit is hiring an Account Executive to expand their marketplace by engaging property owners in Sacramento. This role focuses on building relationships and delivering tailored value pitches to help homeowners unlock additional income.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a driven and personable Account Executive with experience in sales or real estate β€” you excel at building relationships with property owners and real estate investors. You thrive in a remote environment and demonstrate strong communication skills, eager to make an impact on the affordable housing crisis, one room at a time.

You understand the nuances of the real estate market and have a knack for delivering tailored value pitches β€” your ability to articulate how the PadSplit model and technology can drive superior rental income compared to traditional single-family rentals sets you apart. You are motivated by the opportunity to help homeowners unlock additional income while addressing housing affordability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage traditional property owners to become PadSplit Hosts, expanding our marketplace and creating more shared housing opportunities in Sacramento. You will be responsible for delivering compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of the PadSplit model, ensuring property owners understand the potential for increased rental income.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that resonate with potential hosts, utilizing your sales expertise to convert leads into successful partnerships. Your role will involve regular follow-ups and relationship management to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success for our hosts.

You will also track your sales activities and report on your progress, using data to refine your approach and improve your effectiveness. Collaboration with other team members will be key, as you will share insights and strategies that can help enhance the overall success of the PadSplit platform.
