You excel in building relationships and fostering trust with clients, ensuring they feel supported and excited about the solutions you provide. Your consultative approach allows you to engage deeply with clients, understanding their unique challenges and how to address them effectively. You are a go-getter, driven by the mission to empower hospitality operators and enhance guest experiences through innovative solutions.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will work closely with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify their needs and recommend the best solutions from the SevenRooms platform. You will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering strong relationships with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and commitment to using the platform. You will collaborate with operational teams to support the onboarding process and ensure that clients are fully equipped to utilize the tools available to them. Your role is crucial in redefining the hospitality industry, as you help operators take ownership of their guest relationships and streamline their operations.
