What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy for user, usage, and revenue expansion across various tiers of PandaDoc's offerings. You will build pathways that drive workflow activation and team collaboration, ensuring that PandaDoc becomes an essential tool for users. Your responsibilities will include leading a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, where you will ideate, instrument, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end. You will combine qualitative research with behavioral analytics to uncover friction points and identify high-leverage opportunities for growth.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product features align with user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve continuous iteration and improvement of user flows, leveraging insights to enhance the overall user experience. You will also be responsible for communicating findings and strategies to the broader team, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
