You possess a deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and have successfully implemented initiatives that drive organic expansion. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure impact through real usage metrics rather than just presentations. You are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product development and improve user experiences.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing is a plus, as is familiarity with behavioral analytics tools. You have a knack for identifying friction points in user journeys and leveraging qualitative research to inform product decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned on goals and strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across freemium, trials, and paid tiers. You will build pathways that drive workflow activation and team collaboration, making PandaDoc an indispensable tool for customers. Your responsibilities will include leading a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, where you will ideate, instrument, launch, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end.

You will collaborate with various teams to develop deep insights into user workflows and team dynamics, ensuring that product features align with customer needs. Your role will also involve using AI for rapid prototyping and automation, allowing you to reimagine core user flows and enhance the overall product experience.
