What you'll do

In this role, you will own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across freemium, trials, and paid tiers — your goal is to make PandaDoc indispensable in customers' daily operations. You will build pathways that drive workflow activation and integration adoption, ensuring that teams can collaborate seamlessly. Your responsibilities include leading a high-velocity experimentation roadmap, where you will ideate, instrument, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end. You will combine qualitative research with behavioral analytics to uncover friction points and high-leverage opportunities, ultimately driving organic document-scale growth.
