Parker Group Inc is hiring a Head of Crypto Partnerships to build and scale client acquisition channels through partnerships in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. You'll work with crypto-native platforms and agencies to generate leads and revenue opportunities. This role requires experience in partnerships and knowledge of the crypto space.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in partnerships and business development, particularly within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem — your experience includes sourcing and managing partnerships that drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You understand the dynamics of the crypto market and have established relationships with key players in the industry, including exchanges, protocols, and NFT projects.

Your ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams is essential — you know how to maximize partner impact and create co-marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You are data-driven and can analyze partnership performance to optimize strategies and achieve pipeline goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing partnerships with crypto companies that directly generate client leads — you will design programs that facilitate qualified introductions and co-selling opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales team to build referral and integration partnerships that enhance client acquisition efforts.

You will also develop co-marketing initiatives that leverage the strengths of both Parker Group and its partners, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives. Your mission is to turn relationships within the crypto ecosystem into tangible revenue opportunities and long-term growth for the company.
