You have 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships management — you've successfully built and scaled affiliate programs that drive significant revenue growth. Your strong analytical skills enable you to develop incentive structures and commission models that maximize affiliate performance. You are a collaborative communicator who can align cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to achieve common goals.
You understand the eCommerce landscape and have a proven track record of sourcing and onboarding affiliate partners that align with ideal customer profiles. Your ability to analyze campaign performance and ROI allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance program effectiveness. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about empowering independent business owners through innovative financial tools.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the affiliate acquisition strategy by identifying and onboarding high-value partners, including publishers, influencers, and networks. You will develop and implement referral programs and commission structures that incentivize performance and drive consistent new business. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with affiliates and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Your focus will be on growing the pipeline and revenue through effective partnership management.
