Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth. Your existing contacts with direct corporate merchants give you an edge in building relationships and closing deals. You possess a strong understanding of client and market dynamics, allowing you to identify opportunities and execute strategies effectively.
You are self-motivated and capable of independently driving sales initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple KPIs ensures that you maintain a healthy sales funnel and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. You thrive in a competitive environment and are eager to contribute to the success of your team and the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business in your designated territory by selling Paytm's payment solutions, including Standalone & Integrated services. You will manage existing portfolios while also identifying and acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities will include developing pitches, executing quick closures of deals, and ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
You will conduct market visits as per the beat plan to engage with clients and understand their needs better. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Paytm's enterprise team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided meet client expectations and drive satisfaction.
