You have 2-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth. Your existing contacts with direct corporate merchants give you an edge in this role, allowing you to leverage your network effectively. You possess a strong understanding of client and market dynamics, enabling you to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs. Self-motivated and results-driven, you thrive in environments where you can independently drive sales and achieve targets. Your ability to manage multiple KPIs and maintain a healthy sales funnel is crucial for success in this position.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Manager at Paytm, your primary objective will be to drive business in the designated territory by selling Paytm's payment solutions, including Standalone & Integrated services. You will be responsible for managing existing portfolios and cross-selling additional services to enhance client relationships. Your role will involve identifying, developing, pitching, and executing quick closures of deals, ensuring that you meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will conduct market visits as per the beat plan to engage with clients and understand their needs better. Building and scaling a sales funnel will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
