You thrive in engaging with premium merchants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the best service possible. Your ability to communicate effectively with merchants and track their portfolios is essential to your success in this role. You understand the importance of meeting sales targets and are driven to achieve them through various payment solutions.
You have a knack for gathering feedback from the market, which helps you provide insights into existing offerings and competition. Your experience in deploying products and articulating their benefits at client locations ensures customer satisfaction, leading to higher sales conversions and retention. You respect your peers and manager, earning their trust through your actions and results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will engage with premium merchants, focusing on portfolio tracking and communication to ensure that service is delivered effectively in your assigned areas. You will meet sales targets for multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products. Your efforts will contribute to product penetration and revenue growth.
You will enable new business lines and promote the Paytm brand in the marketplace, addressing merchant grievances promptly to maintain strong relationships. Planning and executing day-to-day activities with your team will be crucial, as you will review their deliverables to ensure alignment with company goals. Your insights into the market will help shape the future of Paytm's offerings, making you an integral part of the team.
