Who you are

You have a strong service background with experience in managing teams, ideally in industries such as DTH, broadband, or consumer electronics. Your local market knowledge allows you to understand the dynamics of the area and effectively strategize for growth. You possess a trainer mindset, enabling you to develop your team and enhance their skills. Your analytical abilities help you manage data effectively and make informed decisions. You are adept at inventory management and stock handling, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Service Team Lead at Paytm, you will manage a team of 15-20 service field executives, ensuring they meet service level agreements and effectively resolve merchant issues. You will oversee the logistics of material management, coordinating the movement of resources from the hub to field service executives. Your role will involve formulating strategies to counter local competition and enhance market penetration for Paytm's QR Code and Sound Box services. You will be responsible for upselling services to merchants, leveraging your strong service background to build relationships and drive growth. Additionally, you will analyze market data to inform your team's strategies and initiatives, ensuring that Paytm remains a leader in mobile payments and financial services distribution in India.
