You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your work without needing handholding, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing firm. You possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with a keen interest in financial products and markets. Your experience in fintech or related fields gives you an edge in understanding complex solutions and articulating them to novice customers. Honesty and trustworthiness are your guiding virtues, and you have a solid understanding of local geography to better serve your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with premium merchants, tracking portfolios and ensuring effective communication to deliver services in assigned areas. You will meet sales targets across multiple payment solutions, including QR codes and point of sales software, driving product penetration and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will also include enabling new business lines and promoting the Paytm brand in the marketplace. You will track and address merchant grievances, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive higher sales conversions. Additionally, you will plan and execute day-to-day activities with your team, reviewing their deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals. Gathering consistent market feedback will be crucial for improving existing offerings and gaining insights into the competition.
