What you'll do
As a Micro Market Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring key merchants, including semi-fixed and fixed shops, within your assigned geographic area. Your primary focus will be on building new merchant relations and further cross-selling other products to enhance their experience with Paytm. You will work closely with your team to develop strategies for retention and cross-sales, ensuring that merchants are not only acquired but also engaged and satisfied with the services provided.
