You have more than 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Your previous roles have equipped you with the skills to manage a sales team effectively, ensuring that each member is motivated and achieving their targets. You possess a good market knowledge and have a zeal for growth, which drives your passion for expanding business opportunities.
You are proficient in Excel and data tools, allowing you to analyze sales metrics and make informed decisions. Your experience in handling a sales team of at least five members has prepared you to lead by example, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You understand the importance of maintaining good relationships with customers and are committed to providing exceptional service.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for selling Paytm's products and services while representing the brand in the market. You will manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial outreach to purchase completion. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new merchants for offline payment solutions and servicing existing merchants to ensure their needs are met.
You will work closely with the Oil and Gas vertical, focusing on offline payment solutions for petrol and gas stations. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with PSU companies and oil marketing companies, ensuring that Paytm's offerings are well-received and effectively utilized. You will also be expected to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
