Job Description
Who you are
You have more than 3 years of experience in channel and distribution, with a proven track record in sales. Your background includes managing a sales team of at least five members, where you've developed strong market knowledge and a zeal for growth. You understand the importance of maintaining good relationships with customers and have experience in onboarding new merchants for offline solutions.
You are proficient in Excel and data tools, which you use to analyze sales metrics and drive performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members has been key to your success in previous roles. You are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet, ready to engage with clients in the field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for selling Paytm's products and services, representing the brand to customers in the oil and gas sector. You will manage relationships with petrol and gas station merchants, ensuring they receive the best service possible. Your role will involve onboarding new merchants and servicing existing ones, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
You will lead your sales team, guiding them to achieve lucrative incentives and meet sales targets. Your understanding of distribution concepts and metrics will help you strategize effectively for market expansion. You will also collaborate with PSU companies and oil marketing companies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
