You have more than 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales, with a proven track record of managing a sales team effectively. Your market knowledge is strong, and you understand the nuances of offline payment solutions, particularly in the oil and gas sector. You possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet, which are essential for this role. Your enthusiasm for growth and ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including PSU and oil marketing companies, sets you apart. You are proficient in Excel and data tools, enabling you to analyze sales metrics and drive performance.
What you'll do
As a Sales Team Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants and servicing existing ones, ensuring they have the best offline payment solutions available. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, guiding them from initial outreach to final purchase. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with petrol and gas station merchants, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
