You possess a good knowledge of the oil and gas sector, particularly in offline payment solutions, which will help you navigate the unique challenges of this industry.

You are proficient in Excel and data tools, allowing you to analyze sales metrics and make informed decisions that drive growth. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including PSU companies and oil marketing firms, is crucial for success in this role. You are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet, ready to engage with merchants in the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, guiding them in their efforts to onboard new merchants for Paytm's offline payment solutions. You will serve as the key point of contact for customers, managing relationships from initial outreach to final purchase. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds sales targets.

You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of the market and the competitive landscape, using this knowledge to inform your team's approach.
