You possess a good market knowledge that allows you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the industry. Your proficiency in Excel and data tools enables you to analyze sales metrics and drive performance improvements. You are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet, ready to engage with clients in the field. You have a zeal for growth and a passion for helping businesses thrive through effective sales strategies.
What you'll do
As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales operations within the Dairy vertical, focusing on digital payment enablement at all Dairy outlets. You will represent Paytm's brand and products, managing relationships with customers from initial outreach to closing sales. Your role will involve leading a team of five sales members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving your team to achieve lucrative incentives. Collaboration with other departments will be key as you work to enhance the customer experience and expand Paytm's reach in the market. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall strategy for growth within the Dairy vertical, aligning your team's efforts with the company's mission to serve half a billion Indians.
