Your familiarity with concepts like distribution, channel expansion, and performance metrics sets you apart as a leader in sales. You understand the importance of maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including PSU and Oil Marketing Companies.
You are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet, which are essential for your role in the field. Your ability to analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive growth is a key asset. You thrive in a collaborative, technology-driven work culture and are motivated by the opportunity to make a direct impact on the financial inclusion of millions of merchants.
What you'll do
In this role, you will onboard and service petrol and gas station merchants, ensuring they are well-integrated into Paytm's ecosystem. You will manage and motivate a team of 5 or more sales representatives, driving merchant acquisition through innovative QR and POS products. Achieving sales and incentive targets through effective team performance will be a primary focus. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies for growth, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their targets.
You will maintain strong business relationships with PSU and Oil Marketing Companies, leveraging these connections to enhance Paytm's market presence. Your leadership will foster a culture of high performance and accountability within your team, encouraging them to achieve their best. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance and providing insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
