Paytm is hiring a Sales Team Lead for their Transit Railway division in Jaipur. You'll be responsible for growing distribution and market share while managing a sales team. This role requires strong networking capabilities and a focus on customer management.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in growing market share and managing teams effectively. Your ability to coach and mentor others is complemented by your quick learning skills, allowing you to adapt and apply new ideas and concepts seamlessly. You possess strong networking capabilities and are willing to travel extensively throughout your specified area to drive business growth. You understand the importance of visibility and accountability in sales, ensuring that your team meets quality parameters set by management.
What you'll do
As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for growing distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations. You will oversee the entire onboarding process for new customers, manage queries and concerns, and ensure that your team is effectively driving business on the PG Model. You will identify and recruit the sales team, aligning their efforts with business goals. Your role will involve planning market size and span, devising effective communication methods for targets, and monitoring the quality of sales activities. You will validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by your team, ensuring that they are consistently engaged in sales and usage activities.
