Paytm is hiring a Sales Team Lead to develop business strategies and manage sales teams in the Oil and Gas vertical. You'll focus on onboarding and servicing merchants while achieving sales goals.
Job Description
Who you are
You have over 3 years of experience in distribution sales, particularly in fintech or banking, and you understand the nuances of sales operations in the oil and gas sector. You are adept at developing plans and strategies that drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Your leadership skills enable you to create a culture of success within your team, fostering an environment where team members can thrive and meet their potential.
You excel in managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your experience includes defining sales processes that lead to desired outcomes and identifying areas for improvement. You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including PSU Companies and Oil Marketing Companies, which is crucial for the success of the sales team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and implement plans and strategies aimed at achieving the company's sales goals. You will manage the sales teams and operations, ensuring that resources are effectively utilized to deliver growth. Your responsibilities will include defining the optimal sales force structure and coordinating sales training programs that empower your staff to meet company objectives.
You will be actively involved in onboarding new merchants for offline payment solutions and servicing existing ones, ensuring they understand the benefits of the services offered. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with petrol and gas station merchants, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
