Who you are

You have more than 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Your background includes managing a sales team of at least five members, where you've successfully driven growth and achieved sales targets. You are proficient in Excel and familiar with data tools that enhance sales performance, allowing you to analyze metrics effectively and make informed decisions. You possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet, which are essential for your role in the field. Your enthusiasm for growth and market knowledge sets you apart as a candidate who can thrive in a competitive environment.

What you'll do

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading your team in selling Paytm's offline payment solutions to petrol and gas station merchants. You will onboard new merchants and ensure that existing clients receive exceptional service, fostering strong relationships with PSU and oil marketing companies. Your role will involve strategizing to expand market reach and improve sales processes, ensuring that your team earns lucrative incentives. You will serve as the key point of contact for customers, guiding them from initial outreach through to purchase completion. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's performance and achieving sales goals.
