Paytm is hiring a Sales Team Lead in Pollachi to manage sales enrollments and lead a team of sales members. You'll be responsible for driving growth and building relationships with key clients. This role requires prior experience in channel sales and team management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in channel sales, and have successfully managed a team of sales members before. Your market knowledge is extensive, and you possess a zeal for growth that drives your performance. You understand the concepts of distribution and expansion, and you are comfortable working with metrics to measure success. You are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet, ready to travel extensively throughout your assigned areas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales enrollments and driving sales in Pollachi. You will conduct market research to identify prospective customers and ensure your team members are actively engaging with the market to achieve regular enrollments and usage. Your leadership will motivate your team to excel in their sales efforts, and you will build a database of key contacts in your assigned geography to foster strong relationships with clients. You will also manage category leads from qualification to closure, ensuring that your team meets corporate objectives and maximizes sales targets.
