You have more than 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Your previous roles have equipped you with the skills to manage a sales team effectively, ensuring that each member contributes to the overall success of the team. You possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet, which are essential for your role in the field. Your zeal for growth drives you to seek out new opportunities and expand your network within the industry.

You have a solid grasp of distribution concepts and metrics, allowing you to analyze performance and strategize for improvement. Your proficiency in Excel and data tools enables you to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions. You understand the importance of maintaining good relationships with PSU companies and oil marketing companies, ensuring that your team is well-positioned to meet their needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, guiding them in their efforts to onboard new merchants for offline payment solutions. You will serve as the key point of contact for customers, managing relationships from initial outreach to final purchase. Your expertise in channel sales will be crucial as you develop strategies to drive sales and expand market presence.

You will oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring that your team meets its targets and earns lucrative incentives.
