You have more than 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales, with a proven track record of managing a sales team effectively. Your market knowledge is strong, and you understand the nuances of the oil and gas sector, particularly in offline payment solutions. You possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet, which are essential for this role. Your enthusiasm for growth and ability to build relationships with customers are key traits that set you apart. You are proficient in Excel and data tools, enabling you to analyze sales metrics and drive performance.

Desirable

Experience in handling a sales team of at least five members is a plus, as is familiarity with the concepts of distribution and expansion. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and can translate that into actionable sales strategies. Your ability to earn lucrative incentives through effective sales techniques is a testament to your skills.

What you'll do

As a Sales Team Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for selling products and services while representing the Paytm brand. You will manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial outreach to purchase completion.
