Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in distribution sales, particularly in fintech or banking, and you understand the nuances of sales operations in the oil and gas sector. You are adept at developing business strategies that align with company goals and can create a culture of success within your team. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to maintain excellent relationships with merchants and PSU companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You are a natural leader who can manage sales teams effectively, defining optimal structures and training programs that empower your staff to achieve their potential.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals while managing the sales teams and operations. You will define and coordinate sales training programs that support company objectives and drive desired sales outcomes. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing ones, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. You will also be tasked with identifying improvements in sales processes to enhance overall performance and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
