Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in distribution sales, particularly in fintech or banking, and you understand the nuances of managing sales teams and operations. You are adept at developing business strategies that align with company goals and can create a culture of success within your team. Your experience includes onboarding new merchants and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
You possess strong leadership skills and can define optimal sales force structures while coordinating effective training programs for your team. You are committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and can manage customer expectations effectively. Your background equips you to define sales processes that drive desired outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals, focusing on the oil and gas vertical. You will manage the sales teams and resources to deliver growth while ensuring that your team is well-trained and equipped to meet their targets. You will define and coordinate sales training programs that enable your staff to reach their full potential and support the company's sales objectives.
You will also be responsible for onboarding new merchants for offline payment solutions and servicing existing merchants, ensuring they understand the benefits of the services offered.
