Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in channel and distribution sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Your background includes managing a sales team of at least five members, showcasing your leadership skills and ability to drive results. You are proficient in Excel and data tools, enabling you to analyze sales metrics and optimize performance effectively. You possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet, which are essential for your role in the field. Your zeal for growth and market knowledge sets you apart as a candidate who can thrive in a competitive environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Paytm's products and services, representing the brand to customers in the oil and gas sector. You will manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial outreach to purchase completion. Your duties will include onboarding new merchants for offline payment solutions and servicing existing ones, ensuring they receive the support they need. You will maintain good relationships with PSU companies and oil marketing companies, which is crucial for business growth. Your experience in channel sales will help you understand distribution concepts and metrics, allowing you to drive team performance and earn lucrative incentives.
