You have 3+ years of experience in distribution sales, particularly in fintech or banking, and you understand the nuances of managing sales operations effectively. You are skilled in developing business strategies that align with company goals and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Your ability to create a culture of success within your team is paramount, and you thrive in environments where you can lead and inspire others to reach their potential.
You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to maintain excellent relationships with merchants and key stakeholders, including PSU Companies and Oil Marketing Companies. Your experience in onboarding new merchants and servicing existing ones has equipped you with the knowledge to navigate the complexities of the oil and gas sector. You are adept at managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, which is crucial for long-term business success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop comprehensive plans and strategies aimed at achieving the company's sales goals within the Oil & Gas vertical. You will manage the sales teams and operations, ensuring that resources are optimally utilized to drive growth. Defining the sales force structure and coordinating training programs will be key responsibilities, enabling your team to achieve their full potential and support the company's objectives.
You will also be responsible for defining sales processes that lead to desired outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
