Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, capable of increasing distribution and market share in your assigned area. You understand the importance of visibility and accountability through extensive deployment and sales of products like QR & Soundbox. You are skilled in coaching and mentoring, quickly grasping and applying new ideas and concepts to drive your team's success.

You possess strong networking capabilities and are willing to travel extensively throughout your region. You have a growth mindset and are committed to aligning your sales team with the company's mission to bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy. You are a graduate or postgraduate, ready to take on the challenges of this dynamic role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing the distribution and market share of QR & Soundbox products in your assigned area. You will identify and recruit a sales team that aligns with the company's goals and drive business in the market. You will devise effective communication methods to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap, ensuring your team is well-informed and motivated.

Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by management will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales made by your team. You will ensure that your team members are actively engaging in the market where sales and usage occur regularly, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
