Paytm is hiring a Sales Team Lead in Bareilly to drive the sales of QR & Soundbox products. You'll be responsible for increasing market share and managing a sales team. This role requires strong leadership and sales skills.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in growing distribution and market share in a competitive environment. Your ability to coach and mentor a sales team is complemented by your strong networking capabilities, allowing you to effectively communicate plans and targets to your team. You are a quick learner who can adapt new ideas and concepts into actionable strategies, ensuring that your team is always aligned with business goals.

You understand the importance of visibility and accountability in sales, and you are skilled in deploying products like QR & Soundbox to merchants across various locations. Your experience includes conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, ensuring that quality parameters set by management are met consistently. You are willing to travel extensively to support your team and drive sales initiatives.

What you'll do

As the Sales Team Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of QR & Soundbox products through effective channel management. You will grow distribution and market share in your assigned area, ensuring that your team is actively engaging with merchants to promote these products. You will identify and recruit top sales talent to build a high-performing team that can meet and exceed sales targets.

You will devise communication strategies that minimize the gap between expectations and delivery, ensuring that your team is well-informed and motivated. Monitoring the quality of sales and acquisitions will be a key part of your role, as will conducting regular audits to validate the performance of your team. You will ensure that your team members are consistently in the market, engaging with customers and driving sales.
