You have 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, demonstrating a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles has equipped you with the skills to engage with high-level stakeholders and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback enables you to adapt strategies effectively, ensuring you stay ahead of the competition. You are a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
In this foundational role, you will work directly with the VP of Sales and CEO to shape PermitFlow's enterprise sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales playbook that addresses the unique challenges of the construction-tech industry. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and presenting PermitFlow's innovative solutions to decision-makers.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and value propositions. By leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise, you will help drive customer acquisition and retention, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success. You will also be expected to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on client interactions, helping to shape the future of PermitFlow's offerings.
