You have a strong background in managing total rewards programs and HRIS/HCM systems, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills allow you to assess and improve compensation and benefits programs effectively, ensuring they align with organizational goals. You thrive in a collaborative setting, working cross-functionally to support the People Operations objectives.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze data to make informed decisions about total rewards. Your experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, and Azure gives you a unique perspective on how technology can enhance HR functions. You are passionate about fostering a culture of trust and ownership within your team, encouraging innovation and curiosity.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Systems, you will oversee the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs. You will analyze market trends and internal data to ensure our offerings remain competitive and equitable. Collaborating with the VP of People Operations, you will develop strategies that align with the company's growth objectives while maintaining a casual and exciting work environment.

You will lead initiatives to enhance our HRIS/HCM systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This includes evaluating current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new technologies that streamline HR processes. You will also be responsible for managing the total rewards budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support our programs.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement and retention strategies. You will analyze employee feedback and compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. Your ability to manage multiple HR functions will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of a global workforce.
