What you'll do
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Pigment, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's compensation and benefits strategy. This includes conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation packages and designing benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of employees. You will collaborate closely with the Head of People to align compensation strategies with the overall business objectives and culture of Pigment.
You will analyze compensation data and trends to make informed recommendations for salary adjustments and benefits enhancements. Your role will involve creating and maintaining job descriptions, conducting job evaluations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also play a key role in communicating compensation and benefits information to employees, helping them understand their total rewards and how they contribute to the company's success.
In addition, you will lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention through effective compensation practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are integrated into the overall employee experience, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
