Who you are
You are a strategic and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager with a proven track record in developing and executing total rewards programs. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring strong analytical and influence skills to the table. Your experience includes harmonizing compensation and benefits structures across organizations, ensuring alignment with local market nuances. You are adept at partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, implement, and maintain best-in-class compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the harmonization of compensation structures across the combined organization following a recent acquisition. You will be instrumental in aligning the global total rewards structure, including grade architecture, compensation bands, bonus frameworks, and benefits offerings. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure that the compensation and benefits programs are competitive and effective in attracting and retaining talent. You will also analyze market trends and data to inform decisions and adjustments to the compensation strategy.
