Who you are
You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally within the SaaS industry β you've successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams. Your experience in business planning and performance management allows you to understand the intricacies of strategic planning and execution.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement β you are comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable strategies. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by innovation β you enjoy taking smart risks and challenging the status quo to achieve better outcomes. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR, ensures that strategic plans are aligned and executed effectively.
Desirable
Experience in AI-powered platforms or performance management tools is a plus β familiarity with industry trends and best practices will help you excel in this role. A background in finance or operations can also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of business planning.
What you'll do
