What you'll do
As an Associate Account Executive at Plaid, you will be responsible for driving early-stage pipeline development and shepherding financial institutions through the discovery process. You will engage with banks, credit unions, and wealth platforms to understand their needs and demonstrate how Plaid's connectivity, identity, payments, and data solutions can benefit them. You will work closely with senior Account Executives to close smaller deals and contribute to the overall success of the Banking & Wealth team.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Solutions Engineering, to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and support. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients and understanding their unique challenges in the financial services sector. You will also participate in sales meetings and presentations, helping to articulate the value of Plaid's offerings to prospective clients.
