Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the FinTech sector, and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to executives. You understand the complexities of financial technology and are passionate about helping customers leverage Plaid's tools to enhance their applications. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care.
Desirable
Experience working with financial institutions or technology companies is a plus, as is familiarity with integration processes and product management. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights for your clients.
What you'll do
