Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, ideally with a strong background in marketing automation and analytics. Your technical fluency in tracking infrastructure and revenue data workflows sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are familiar with GTM implementations and GA4 architecture, and you understand the nuances of multi-channel offline conversion tracking. Your experience spans both customer-side and agency-side roles, giving you a well-rounded perspective on revenue operations. You are passionate about driving performance and solving complex problems, and you are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and results.

Desirable

Experience with additional marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is a background in B2B performance marketing. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-paced agency environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of marketing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation systems that drive revenue for our clients. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to develop strategies that enhance our marketing efforts. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing data to inform decision-making, optimizing tracking infrastructure, and ensuring that our marketing campaigns are effectively driving pipeline and SQLs. You will also play a key role in developing and refining our Customer Generation methodology, which is central to our approach at Directive Consulting. Your insights will help shape the direction of our marketing operations and contribute to the success of our clients.
