You have a friendly and outgoing personality, which helps you connect with customers and provide exceptional support. With experience in front-line customer support and sales, you understand the importance of a customer-first approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with web-based applications and can manage multiple tasks while prioritizing workflows effectively. Your knack for listening to and empathizing with customers allows you to track down issues and provide solutions that enhance their experience.
Desirable
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero is a plus, as it will help you better assist customers who rely on these tools for their financial processes.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Specialist at Veem, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support at all times. This includes responding to tickets, phone calls, and live chats, ensuring that every interaction leaves customers feeling valued and understood.
