You have a proven track record in channel sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you've successfully developed and executed partner-led sales strategies that drive significant business growth. Your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments sets you apart, as you thrive in roles that require collaboration across various teams. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders alike. You are results-driven and have a keen understanding of how to leverage partnerships to achieve sales targets.

Desirable

Experience in API or software sales is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and the ability to engage with C-level executives will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Channel Sales Manager at Postman, you will own and develop a defined territory, focusing on recruiting and enrolling strategic partners. You will work closely with the Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive partner-led demand and accelerate enterprise adoption of Postman's API platform. Your role will involve developing and executing sales motions that align with Postman's business objectives, ensuring that partners are equipped to effectively sell and support Postman's solutions. You will also analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
