Who you are

You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You have a deep understanding of the sales process and can effectively mentor and develop senior sales leaders and account executives. Your strategic mindset allows you to align executive vision with frontline execution, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with key stakeholders across large organizations. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and understand customer needs sets you apart as a leader in the field.

What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Director at Postman, you will own the enterprise revenue outcomes, consistently delivering against quarterly and annual bookings targets. You will lead and mentor a team of senior sales leaders and Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your role will involve setting the enterprise sales strategy and ensuring alignment with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive predictable and durable revenue growth across large, complex organizations. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
