You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You have a strategic mindset and the ability to align executive vision with frontline execution, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and develop senior sales professionals.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret sales data and market trends to inform your strategies. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success, to drive alignment and achieve common goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal stakeholders and clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the enterprise revenue outcomes for Postman, consistently delivering against quarterly and annual bookings targets. You will lead and mentor a team of senior sales leaders and Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, as well as identifying opportunities for expansion within large, complex organizations.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that sales efforts are supported by effective marketing campaigns and product offerings. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that Postman delivers exceptional value. As a leader, you will set the tone for the sales team, encouraging a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence.
