What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Postman, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing enterprise customer base in Italy. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and helping customers understand how Postman's platform can streamline their API lifecycle and improve collaboration.

You will also be involved in gathering customer feedback and working with the product team to ensure that our offerings meet market needs. Your insights will help shape the future of Postman's solutions, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the API management space. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring they achieve success with our platform.
