What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engineering strategy for the Cash Flow domain at PPRO, overseeing the development of the infrastructure that powers the seamless movement of funds. You will collaborate closely with product management to define the technology strategy and ensure that the transactional accounting system evolves into the company’s financial backbone. Your hands-on approach will involve not only strategic oversight but also active participation in coding and system design, ensuring that your team delivers scalable and performant products.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering team, conducting regular one-on-ones to support career development, and fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. You will implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes, to ensure that your team consistently meets project deadlines and quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the technical direction of projects, influencing architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.
