You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the medical device or healthcare technology sectors. Your experience includes developing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue targets, demonstrating your ability to drive growth in competitive markets. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to effectively manage and develop a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to succeed.
You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals and teaching institutions, and you understand the nuances of navigating complex sales processes in the healthcare industry. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate the value of innovative surgical robotics solutions to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
As the Capital Sales Director, you will report directly to the AVP of Capital Sales and be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets in the Midwest region. You will develop and implement strategic plans targeting hospitals, teaching institutions, and key integrated delivery networks (IDNs). Your role will involve managing the entire capital sales process, from initial outreach to installation and training, ensuring that customers are fully equipped to utilize the products effectively.
You will also oversee the hiring, training, and development of sales representatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within your team. By leveraging your expertise in the medical device field, you will drive utilization growth and ensure customer satisfaction with our innovative solutions.
