You are a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the medical or healthcare technology sectors. You possess strong solution selling skills and have the tenacity to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Your ability to build relationships and advocate for innovative solutions is key to your success in this role.
You understand the importance of collaboration and can effectively engage with various stakeholders, including clinicians and hospital administration. Your experience in navigating complex sales environments allows you to balance tactical implementation with strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for selling the Aquabeam Robotic System to both new and existing hospitals in Japan. You will work to establish Aquablation as the preferred treatment option for men suffering from BPH. Your responsibilities will include executing sales activities, building a network of advocates within hospitals, and ensuring that sales objectives are met consistently.
You will engage with clinical teams to demonstrate the value of the Aquabeam system, providing training and support as needed. Your role will also involve strategic planning to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your territory. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on product offerings and marketing strategies that resonate with your target audience.
